The reopening of schools in February for the 9th and 11thStandard students announced by Chief Minister 

The Minister for School Education of the State Government of Tami Nadu, K. A. Sengottaiyan
informed that the Tami Nadu Chief Minister E. Palaniswamy will release a special announcement regarding the reopening of schools for the students of 9th & 11th Standards after a detailed review meeting with the suggestions offered by academicians, and a field survey conducted with the parents.

The State Minister for School Education shared with the press reporters:

“Activities have been undertaken to review the projects/plans which could not progress during the raging coronavirus pandemic and the resultant preventive lockdown imposition over the last several months and commence them and complete in the quickest possible time.

Suggestions/opinions are being sought through surveys with parents of the students and academicians and gathered. The results f these surveys would be sent to the Chief |Minister. After a detailed review, the Chief Minister will announce regarding the reopening of schools.”
